Kovana is the controller of the data described here. You can reach us at hola@kovana.intelligence.land.

Account data: email address, display name and the language you use the product in.

Athlete data you choose to add: training activities imported from a file or synced from Strava, past races, goals, city and sport preferences.

Conversations with the AI coach and the profile interview, so the coach can remember context between sessions.

Technical data: anonymous usage events, device and browser information, and error reports.

To build your athlete profile and recommend races that fit your training.

To run the AI coach and keep its answers relevant to you.

To operate accounts, subscriptions and payments.

To measure how the product is used, in aggregate, and fix what is broken.

Performing our contract with you (the service itself), your consent (Strava sync, marketing email) and our legitimate interest in keeping the product secure and improving it.

Hosting and database providers that run the platform on our behalf.

The AI provider that generates coach replies; conversations are sent for processing and are not used to train third-party models.

Stripe for payments, and Strava when you connect your account.

We never sell your data.

While your account is open. Delete your account and we remove your profile, activities and conversations within 30 days, except records we must keep for accounting.

Access, correction, deletion, portability and objection. Write to hola@kovana.intelligence.land and we answer within one month. You can also complain to your national data protection authority.

Data is stored in the European Union where possible; where a provider processes data elsewhere, standard contractual clauses apply. Access is restricted, encrypted in transit and protected by row-level security rules.
