The world's most famous mountain marathon, 42.195 km with 2,736 m of climbing over Aizkorri and Aratz in the Goierri, 70 km from San Sebastián. Run every May since 2002, part of the Golden Trail World Series since 2018; bibs are drawn by lottery from tens of thousands of applicants and the crowds on the summits are legendary.
