Madrid's flagship spring event with marathon, half and 10K starting on the Castellana and finishing on Paseo de Recoletos between Cibeles and Colón. The 2026 edition gathered about 47,000 runners from 113 countries across the three races. The marathon is one of Europe's hilliest big-city courses, with a long climb back through Casa de Campo and Madrid Río late in the race.
