Spain's most iconic 20 km, first run in 1919 and now gathering more than 30,000 runners from the French border at Behobia (Irun) to the Boulevard of San Sebastián. Two famous climbs, Gaintxurizketa at km 7 and Alto de Miracruz at km 16, give 192 m of gain before the finish along the Urumea. 61st edition on 8 November 2026; registration runs on a waitlist system.
