Gran Canaria's world-famous island crossing: the Classic starts at midnight on Las Canteras beach in the capital and climbs across the island's summits to finish in Maspalomas, 126 km and 6,764 m D+ with a 30-hour cutoff. The event week also offers the Advanced (82 km, Teror), Marathon (47 km, Tejeda), Half (23 km), Promo (12 km) and the El Gigante vertical kilometre.
