Burgos recovers its half marathon in 2026 as the '21K Tras las Huellas del Cid', starting 10:00 on Avenida del Arlanzón on 25 October 2026 with a 21.097 km course along the river and the Cid heritage sites; 10K and 5K companion races are listed by local calendars. Registration EUR 20 (from EUR 16 early) via RunVaSport, closing 11 October. Recalled details of the old 'Media Maratón Ciudad de Burgos' (30+ editions) were wrong: the previous half had lapsed and this is a relaunch.
